I liked that it has a lot of natural ingredients, which is what I was hoping for, but I expected the formula to feel a little cleaner overall. A few of the ingredients still seem a bit questionable to me, so while it’s mostly okay, it didn’t fully meet my expectations.

My order showed up in really good shape, which feels weirdly rare these days. Nothing was leaking, nothing was crushed, and I didn’t have to fight the boxes like they were sealed for a bank vault. Everything opened easily, stayed clean, and just made the whole thing way less annoying than it could’ve been. Happy with it, not gonna lie.

I’ve been using Tom’s whitening toothpaste for a few weeks, it’s been decent. I kind of assumed the whitening claims were mostly there to get people to buy it, but my teeth do look a little less yellow now, especially when I see myself in photos. It’s not some huge overnight change or anything, but it’s noticeable enough. The taste is good too, not overly minty like some brands that feel like they’re trying too hard. I took off one star because it did take a while before I saw any difference, but overall I’d probably buy it again

I had a small issue with an order from tomsofmaine.com, and at first I wasn’t totally sure if it was even worth reaching out or if I’d just end up waiting forever for a reply. But their customer service got back to me the next day, and they were actually really nice about the whole thing.
They took care of it without turning it into a big back-and-forth, which I appreciated more than I expected. I was kind of second-guessing ordering again at first, but after that experience, I probably would.

The stuff is fine overall, actually, but I just wish there were more products to choose from. A little more variety would make the experience better.

I’m surprised how well this works!!! My lips stay soft for hours, and it doesn’t feel greasy or weird at all!!! Definitely something I’d keep using!!!

I’ve tried a few Tom’s of Maine products, the texture is a big reason I keep coming back. It also doesn’t get watery in the tube, thankfully, because that always annoys me. It has a clean feel without getting overly foamy, and overall it just feels easy to use.
